Shipping Methods
Express Shipping
Available in major U.S. cities, with an estimated delivery time of 1–3 business days. This service may include an additional fee, which will be calculated at checkout.
Standard Nationwide Shipping
Available throughout the United States. Estimated delivery time is up to 8 business days depending on the destination.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) are processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.
📦 Packaging & Handling
All products are carefully packed and protected to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Each order is prepared using appropriate packaging materials depending on the product type (boxes, protective bags, bubble wrap, security seals, etc.).
In addition, every order is video recorded and documented before leaving our warehouse as part of our quality control and security process. This helps verify the condition, quantity, and packaging of every shipment before it is handed over to the carrier.

We currently ship across the entire United States. If your area has delivery restrictions or limited carrier coverage, our team will contact you to provide an alternative solution.

💸 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and delivery destination.
Some products or special promotions may include free shipping, which will be clearly indicated on the product page or promotion details.
📦 Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
Additionally, we may send WhatsApp notifications regarding your order status, including shipment, transit, and delivery updates. Once your order has been delivered, you will also receive a confirmation message.
📲 Reporting Issues Upon Delivery
When receiving your package, if you notice any issue or discrepancy with your order (missing item, incorrect product, damage, or shipping error), you must report it immediately through our official WhatsApp support channel.
Our support team will guide you through the process and help resolve your case as quickly as possible.

Please make sure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Trendify Prime is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned due to customer absence or address errors, the order may be reshipped; however, the customer will be responsible for paying the new shipping cost.
